The story
How it went.
The WB1 by Brutus Boten is a special edition of the BR1, with an extended bow for extra seating space on the front benches. The all-steel rubbing strake and the teak finish on the inside give the boat its characteristic, high-quality appearance.
For this WB1, a fully electric drivetrain from Green Marine was chosen. The 17.5 kW electric motor is combined with a 40 kWh battery pack, giving the boat ample power and capacity for comfortable, relaxed cruising.
The electric propulsion perfectly suits the character of the WB1: silent, vibration-free and smooth. Combined with the electronic throttle and proportional bow thruster, the boat is also easy and comfortable to manoeuvre.
The WB1 keeps its rugged Brutus character, now with the silence and comfort of fully electric boating.
